Things seemed to be turning around Sunday when Chicago jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first period. Yet, that lead didn't hold up as Detroit mounted a comeback in a 3-2 overtime victory.
The Blackhawks outshot the Red Wings 20-15 in the final 40 minutes, but could not score again. Yet, Daniel Cleary was able to tie the game at 2-2 with less than five minutes left to send the game to overtime.
