KHL schedule 2012: Pavel Datsyuk, Evgeni Malkin among players in action Monday

Several prominent NHL players hit the ice Monday in the KHL.

Monday' KHL schedule includes seven games, including one that is finished and two that are in progress. Several NHL players have traveled overseas to play in the KHL while the dispute between the NHL and players union gets worked out. Boston's Zdeno Chara, Detroit's Pavel Datsyuk and New Jersey's Ilya Kovalchuk are just a few of the players who have made the decision to play in Russia for the time being.

Here is the complete schedule for the KHL on Monday, including notable NHL players in action:

CSKA Moscow vs. SKA Saint Petersburg
This matchup features six NHL players: Philadelphia's Ilya Bryzgalov, Toronto's Mikhail Grabovski and Datsyuk play for CSKA Moscow, while SKA Saint Petersburg features St. Louis' Vladimir Tarasenko, Columbus' Sergei Bobrovsky and Kovalchuk.

Amur Khabarovsk vs. Metallurg Magnitogorsk
Ottawa's Sergei Gonchar plays for Metallurg Magnitogorsk along with Pittsburgh's Evgeni Malkin and Toronto's Nikolai Kulemin. Both Gonchar and Malkin scored goals Monday, and Metallurg Magnitogorsk defeated Amur Khabarovsk, 3-0.

Metallurg Novokuznetsk vs. Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg

Sibir Novosibirsk vs. Traktor Chelyabinsk

Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod vs. Avangard Omsk Region

Lokomotiv Yaroslavl vs. Barys Astana
Colorado Avalanche goaltender Semyon Varlamov plays for Lokomotiv, as does Dmitry Kulikov of the Florida Panthers.

Atlant Moscow Region vs. Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk
