Geoff Burke-US PRESSWIRE
Thursday will be a light day in the KHL with only one game on the schedule.
After finishing the month of October with 11 games on Wednesday, the Kontinental Hockey League will start November without much action as just one game is on Thursday's schedule.
Lev Praha will face off against Sibir Novosibirsk on Thursday. Both teams are not currently in the playoff picture as Lev Praha is currently ninth in the KHL Western Conference while Sibir Novosibirsk is eighth in the Eastern Conference. Even though Thursday's action is light on games, it won't be without NHL stars.
Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara headlines the action as he will be on the ice for Lev Praha. Chara isn't the only NHL player on the roster, as Calgary Flames winger Jiri Hudler also plays for Lev Praha. Hudler played for both Detroit and Calgary last season, finishing with 25 goals.
Lev Praha has a third NHL player on its roster, but Philadelphia Flyers forward Jakub Voracek remains out with a knee injury he suffered in early October. Sibir Novosibirsk does not have any NHL players on its roster.
