2012 College Hockey schedule: Notre Dame visits Boston College

Notre Dame will face Boston College on Friday in a battle between two ranked teams.

No. 7 Notre Dame will host the number one team in the country when Boston College visits on Friday.

Boston College received 48 of 50 first-place votes this week to earn the top spot in the rankings. Denver and Union split the remaining two first-place votes.

The Eagles are 6-1 this season and their only loss came against Northeastern on Oct. 13. Notre Dame is 6-2 this season.

No. 2 Minnesota plays Alaska-Anchorage while No. 3 Denver plays Minnesota State on Friday.

Cornell, at 3-0-1, is the only undefeated team in the rankings and will travel to play Princeton. No. 5 Miami will play No. 16 Northern Michigan in another game between two ranked teams on Friday.
