Dave Bolland doesn't take too kindly to getting elbowed in the face, even if it was an accident. In Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals between the Phoenix Coyotes and Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday night, the elbow of NHL linesman Lonnie Cameron got in Bolland's way and Bolland made him pay for it with his own blood.
