The Rangers will have to win a second-consecutive game tonight against Ottawa to avoid being the second No. 1 seed to fall in the first round.

A Rangers win on the brink of elimination in Game 6 ensured that the Stanley Cup Playoffs would return to Madison Square Garden. But the Rangers have to do it again in a winner-take-all Game 7 tonight to avoid being the second No. 1 team to fall in the first round despite winning their conference.

SBN's Dominik Jansky has already outlined why this game should be a real treat for hockey fans: the Senators' upset bid has featured fights, bad blood, general uproar about officiating, unlikely contributors, such as the Rangers' fresh-out-of-college Chris Kreider, who notched the eventual game-winner Monday, and two overtimes.

Here's how to watch tonight's decisive matchup:

No. 1 New York Rangers at No. 8 Ottawa Senators
7 p.m. ET, Thursday -- Game 7, Eastern Conference Quarterfinals | Series lead, 3-3
National TV: NBC Sports Network, CBC, RDS | Local TV: MSG
