Yes, the Rangers have the 1-0 lead after 40 minutes in Game 7. Yes, Henrik Lundqvist is perhaps playing one of the best games of his career, and no, it doesn't look all that great for the Capitals heading into the third period. Not with that dude in the net.
But if we know one thing, it's that Washington is going to leave it all on the ice in the third period. They need to get (at least) two pucks by Lundqvist by the end of the night, and there's no doubt that the Caps are going to throw about a million shots his direction. The Rangers are going to have to play solid defense, and chances are that Braden Holtby doesn't see many shots in his direction as his teammates push forward.
Let us know in the comments exactly how many shots you think the Rangers will put on Holtby in the third. We're expecting the number to be pretty low.
