The Los Angeles Kings are one win away from a sweep and the Western Conference semifinals. They'll host the St. Louis Blues on Sunday afternoon.
On Sunday, the Los Angeles Kings will attempt to complete their second straight big upset in the 2012 NHL Stanley Cup playoffs. The Kings had little trouble with the Presidents' Cup winning Vancouver Canucks in the first round of the playoffs and have had even less trouble with the St. Louis Blues, who entered the Western Conference semifinals as the odds-on favorites to make it all the way to the Stanley Cup finals.
The Kings will host the Blues on Sunday night at the Staples Center with a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series and have a great chance to complete the sweep and advance while on home ice. The Blues will try to stay alive for one more game and send the series back to St. Louis.
The puck will drop on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. ET and will be televised nationally on NBC.
