The Kings and Devils will meet in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup finals Saturday.
After the Devils' 3-1 win in Game 4 on Wednesday, the Stanley Cup finals head back to New Jersey for Game 5 on Saturday. The Kings lead the best-of-seven series, 3-1.
New Jersey forced Game 5 with a strong performance on the road in Game 4. Patrik Elias, Adam Henrique and Ilya Kovalchuk each scored in a much-needed offensive outburst for the Devils, who had scored two total goals in the first three games of the series.
After failing to win the Stanley Cup at home in Game 4, the Kings will now try to close out the series on the road. Los Angeles won the first two games of this series in New Jersey and are 10-0 on the road this postseason. Anze Kopitar leads the Kings with 18 postseason points, including three points in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Saturday's Game 5 is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBC, CBC and RDS.
