There are four games on tap in the NHL on Wednesday, with the main event coming in the nationally televised contest between the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild on NBC Sports Network.
Chicago will be entering the game with a perfect 6-0-0 record and have already garnered as an early season contender in the Western Conference. Minnesota made waves this offseason with the acquisition of Zach Parise, as well as Ryan Suter, and will look to validate the pre-season praise the team received with a strong effort against the Blackhawks.
Wednesday night's schedule will be Western Conference heavy, with the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators acting as the only game featuring Eastern Conference action.
