Team USA will challenge Team Sweden in the gold medal game of the 2013 World Junior Championship in Ufa, Russia on Saturday.
Team USA will be entering the contest fresh off a dominating 5-1 victory over Team Canada in the semifinal round on Thursday. After winning three of their four games in the round-robin portion, Sweden won Group A and disposed of Team Russia in the semifinal round of the tournament by way of a shootout.
