Jonathan Toews follows up nice behind-the-back pass with goal

Jonathan Toews scored his eighth goal of the season on Wednesday night, but it was the pass he made before scoring that should make highlight reels.

Jonathan Toews opened the scoring for the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday night when he beat Al Montoya for his eight goal of the season late in the first period.

The goal itself was pretty smooth, but how about the pass Toews made to Patrick Kane on the two-on-one rush just before he scored.

Check it out again.

Slick. And, it's not the first time the Blackhawks have pulled that off this season as Brandon Saad completed a nearly identical pass to Kane a couple of weeks ago. That one resulted in a goal.
