Nashville (8-4-5) hosts Vancouver (9-3-4) at Bridgestone Arena on Friday night.
The Nashville Predators (8-4-5) will host the Vancouver Canucks (9-3-4) at Bridgestone Arena on Friday night.
It will mark the first of three meetings between the two teams this season.
Over the course of four meetings last season, both teams registered 2-1-1 records and both teams managed to win one game on the road.
Nashville will be entering the night off a 4-3 overtime victory against the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday night. The team has won three of its last five games and has registered points in four of the five. The Predators currently boast a 4-1-3 record at home this season.
Vancouver currently claims sole possession of first place in the Northwest Division. Entering the night off a victory against the Dallas Stars on Thursday night, the Canucks had previously gone three straight contests without a win. However, the team has managed to record points in three straight games.
Friday night's game is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET and will be televised on SNET-P and FS-TN.
