There are 11 games scheduled in the NHL on Thursday night, with several story lines framing the action.

The Chicago Blackhawks will look to extended their point-streak to 20 games when they challenge the St. Louis Blues, while Jordan Staal will be making his first appearance against the Pittsburgh Penguins since joining the Carolina Hurricanes.

In addition, Rick Nash might be returning to the New York Rangers' lineup after dealing with an unidentified injury that everyone believes was a concussion.
