With the game on the line, and all of Boston watching breathlessly, Andrew Ference saved the game for the Bruins. Briefly.
Boston was defending a 2-1 lead with minutes left to go when Ference decided to bail out his netminder and play goalie for a minute.
The save was impressive and looked like it would seal the win for Boston until Cody Hodgson tied the game with half a minute remaining to ruin what would've been a great moment for Boston. He apparently didn't get the memo.
