Neil's play has been as pesky as ever, but he might have crossed the line with this hit on Simon Despres in the second period. Despres was just carrying the puck around the net when Neil came out of nowhere.
Maybe it's just me, but it sure looks like it was Neil's forearm that connected with Despres' head and not his elbow. Either way, it's still targeting and initial point of contact that matter, and that might cost Neil a game or a fine down the road.
