If you missed it on Sunday night, the Canadiens and Senators got a little bit out of hand in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series. 236 penalty minutes were handed out, mostly during a third period donnybrook that escalated when Ottawa quickly took control of the game on the scoreboard.
P.K. Subban led the way with 25 penalty minutes on his own -- a fighting major, a minor for instigating, a minor for instigating with a shield on, a 10 minute misconduct and two minor penalties earlier in the game -- but no one player can really be picked out as the lead offender.
The Habs had just six players on their bench by the end of the evening, the Sens five. It was pure mayhem. Relive it in picture form above.
