NHL Stadium Series: Vin Scully narrates NBC intro to Los Angeles game

Kirby Lee-US PRESSWIRE

It was magical.

It's always great when two sports collide, but the NHL and MLB collided in epic fashion on Saturday night.

It's the opening game of the NHL Stadium Series, as the Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks are facing off in the confines of Dodger Stadium. NBC decided to go with the logical choice when picking a narrator for their intro: legendary Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully.

As you might expect, it was perfect.

NBC has interviewed a lot of celebrities so far during the broadcast, but they're not going to beat this moment.
