Canadiens vs. Lightning schedule: Home ice belongs to Tampa Bay in Atlantic Division series

Mike Carlson

The No. 2 vs. No. 3 matchup in the Atlantic Division should be a fun one. The Lightning hold home ice edge over the Canadiens, but just barely.

The first round playoff matchup between the Canadiens and Lightning has been locked up for quite some time, but it wasn't until the final day of the regular season that Tampa Bay clinched home ice advantage in the race.

The Habs and Bolts will open the Eastern Conference First Round on Wednesday, April 18 at Tampa Bay Times Forum. Montreal is Canada's only hope to win the Stanley Cup this year, so the eyes of a nation will be on this series.
