Jets vs. Maple Leafs: Ondrej Pavelec's turnover leads to easy Nazem Kadri goal

More like Ondrej PaveLOL, am I right?

If the Winnipeg Jets do indeed buy out goaltender Ondrej Pavelec's contract this offseason, consider his error on Saturday the final nail in the coffin.

Pavelec's horrendous run of form continued when he tried valiantly to play the puck behind the net in the first period against the Toronto Maple Leafs. It's a pretty simple play. Just gather the puck and pass it out of harm's way. Pass it anywhere as long as it isn't near the net.

But first, you have to actually stop the puck. Pavelec didn't do that.

Whoops. Even Maple Leafs general manager Dave Nonis had to roll his eyes at that.
