The stakes could not be higher for the New York Rangers in Game 6.
Down 3-2 to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Rangers need every player to pitch in with his best effort to force a series-deciding Game 7 in Pittsburgh. This mostly means giving Henrik Lundqvist the best chance at making big saves and not doing anything dumb that would severely hurt your own team.
Apparently defenseman Kevin Klein didn't get that memo.
That own goal gave the Penguins life after New York roared out to a two-goal lead early in the first period. Klein can only hope that doesn't come back to haunt his team.
