Henrik Lundqvist is doing his Game 7 thing

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

The Penguins are going to need at least three goals to beat Henrik Lundqvist. That is asking a lot in a Game 7.

It was well documented in the first round that New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist has a pretty impressive track record in Game 7s.

Through two periods in Pittsburgh on Tuesday night he's not doing anything to shake that reputation.

The Penguins own a 23-13 shot advantage but trail on the scoreboard mostly because of the play of Lundqvist. Two of his best saves of the night so far came in the second period when he made point-blank stops on Chris Kunitz and James Neal.

Here is the stop on Kunitz:

And here is his point-blank stop on a wide open Neal later in the period.
