Patrick Kane scores another overtime winner for Chicago, eliminates Minnesota

If it's overtime, Patrick Kane is probably lurking in the shadows ready to score the winner.

The Minnesota Wild gave the Chicago Blackhawks everything they could handle in the second round of the Western Conference playoffs, even outplaying them at times in the series, but in the end Patrick Kane and co. were just too much.

And it was Kane, as he's been known to do from time-to-time in his career, scoring the game-winning goal in overtime to send the Blackhawks to the Western Conference Final and eliminate the Wild for the second straight season.

Sometimes the bounces just go your way, which is probably the best way to describe this sequence for Kane and the Blackhawks, via @CJFogler.

Compared to their meeting last year, the Wild were significantly more competitive and seemed to close the gap thanks in part to their talented young forwards, but the Blackhawks are still the class of the NHL.
