Shut out for the third time in the last 7 games, the Lightning offense once again came up empty in a 3-0 loss to the New Jersey Devils to open up their three-game road trip.

Brodeur Shutout Lightning; Devils Win 3-0


Martin Brodeur stopped 33 shots from the Tampa Bay Lightning to earn his 124th shutout in a 3-0 New Jersey Devils win over the Tampa Bay Lightning. Whether they were lucky or did just enough to earn it, the Devils needed a win by any means.
