(Sports Network) - A pair of struggling teams will meet tonight in Ohio, as the Anaheim Ducks visit the Columbus Blue Jackets for a battle at Nationwide Arena.

The Ducks lost for the sixth time in seven games after dropping an overtime decision in Detroit on Friday. Despite not winning much lately, Anaheim has recorded a point in four straight games, going 1-0-3 over that stretch.

Anaheim lost 3-2 in the Motor City as former Duck Todd Bertuzzi scored two goals, including the game-winner 1:07 into overtime.

Saku Koivu and Dan Sexton each had a goal and an assist for the Ducks. Jean- Sebastien Giguere finished with 28 saves but couldn't stop Bertuzzi's shot from the goal line into the corner of the net with Nick Boynton serving a hooking minor in the extra session.

Tonight marks the second stop on a four-game road trip for the Ducks, who are just 2-5-5 as the guest this year. Anaheim has lost its last nine road games.

Meanwhile, the Blue Jackets have lost four of their last five games and have posted just two victories during an 11-game stretch (2-5-4). Ken Hitchcock's club earned a point last time out, however, as it dropped a shootout decision Thursday in Nashville.

Steve Sullivan scored the game-winner in the fifth-round of the shootout to help the Predators win a 4-3 decision at Sommet Center. In the fifth round, Antoine Vermette's wrister was stopped on a body save by Pekka Rinne. Sullivan then skated in and went backhand to forehand and slid the puck past the outstretched left pad of Mathieu Garon for the win.

Kris Russell and Rick Nash each had a goal and an assist while Raffi Torres also lit the lamp for the Blue Jackets, who have lost 13 straight in Nashville.

Garon made 36 stops in the loss as he gave starter Steve Mason a rest. Mason, who recorded his first shutout of the season in a win over Florida on Wednesday, is expected to get the start tonight.

Columbus is 8-4-3 as the host this year and is starting a brief two-game homestand tonight. The Jackets will also welcome Nashville on Monday night.

The Blue Jackets are 2-0 against Anaheim this season, as they notched a 6-4 road victory on October 24 and then won a 3-2 shootout decision in Columbus on November 13. The Jackets have taken three of four overall in the series, but the Ducks have won six of the last eight matchups at Nationwide Arena.
