Should the Habs trade up at the draft?

Remember that Galchenyuk guy that we liked so much this year? Yeah he's still awesome.
Galchenyuk's rookie NHL season ended in bitter disappointment, but his hockey season isn't over.
It hasn't been a Calder level season for Galchenyuk, but his play has been much better than most people realize.
As Montreal Canadiens sit at the top of their conference with half their games played, it's hard not to get caught up in it all.
The Islanders commentators mentioned that this was an odd way for the team to acquire Chucky's services.
That's one way to make a line change, I guess.
