It looks like the NHL Trade Deadline season is finally getting underway, as two deals completed today have seen upcoming free agents move from teams out of the playoffs, to others positioning themselves for a possible Stanley Cup run.
Dominic Moore has been traded to the San Jose Sharks by the Tampa Bay Lightning. A seventh-round pick will travel with him to the West Coast, and a second-round pick in the 2012 NHL Draft goes back to Tampa Bay.
