Assets
  • Is an outstanding energy forward and penalty-killer. Plays with tremendous passion and displays sound leadership ability. Also plays bigger than he is. Can play all three forward positions and can score in the clutch.
Flaws
  • Is undersized and injury-prone, especially due to his gung-ho style of play. Struggles when trying to shut down big NHL forwards. Doesn't light up the scoreboard at the highest level and lacks offensive consistency.
