Blues F Oshie undergoes emergency appendectomy

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie underwent an emergency appendectomy on Saturday and will miss approximately two weeks of playing time.
The 22-year-old Oshie had a goal and two assists in eight games this season after putting up 39 points in his rookie season, 2008-09. He has 15 goals and 27 assists in 65 career games.
Dr. Michael Brunt of Barnes Jewish Hopsital performed the procedure.
