Virginia survived an early scare from No. 16 Coastal Carolina on Friday to eventually pull away with a 70-59 win and improve to 17-1 SU during its last 18 games. The Cavaliers failed to cover the spread as a 20-point favorite and are just 1-4-1 ATS in six NCAA Tournament games since 1996.
Memphis won and covered against George Washington in the first round, playing in another game that went UNDER the total. Five of Memphis' last six games have gone UNDER the total, and each of its last four tournament games have gone UNDER as well.
No. 8 seeds are just 2-7 ATS in their last nine games against No. 1 seeds.
