Torino either score a lot or not at all. Will Palermo be able to shut them down and continue their resurrection under Gasperini?
It seems like forever since Palermo have had a good start to the season, but they managed to keep themselves up last year, and likely have enough to do it again this time. Problem is, they're just not scoring goals. Prior to the 4-1 win against Chievo Verona, the rosanero had just two goals in four matches. The win in Gian Piero Gasperini's first match boosted Palermo's spirits, and the draw at Genoa was certainly acceptable. But now it's back to the Barbera and Palermo are going to need a win to dig themselves out of this hole.
Taking all three points against Torino could be difficult, however. Save for Juventus and Napoli, il granata have the stingiest defense in Serie A. But Torino, too, have problems making free with the goals. They've failed to score in four of their seven matches, yet managed a 3-0 victory over Pescara and a 5-1 win over Atalanta. So the question is, which version of Torino will show up in Sicily?
