It's now eleven vs. ten at the San Siro, as Inter Milan hope that their slender 1-0 lead won't be erased by Yuto Nagatomo's sending-off.

Barely two minutes in to the second half of the Derby della Madonnina, and the entire face of the game has changed. Yuto Nagatomo, already on a yellow card for clattering into Mario Yepes in the first half, was shown a second yellow for handling the ball in an attempt to stop Stephan El Shaarawy. That leaves Inter Milan with just ten men for the second half, and ruing the chances they didn't take in the first. They'll need to cling to a slender one goal lead, taken in the fourth minute through a header by Walter Samuel.

Prior to the sending off, Fredy Guarín replaced Philippe Coutinho before the action resumed. Just after, although clearly not in response to Nagatomo's walk of shame, Ignazio Abate came on for Daniele Bonera, who seemed to be injured. Finally, in what might be Andrea Stramaccioni's attempt to keep AC Milan from equalizing, Antonio Cassano made way for Álvaro Pereira in the 52nd minute.
