Half an hour into Inter Milan's match with Werder at the San Siro, Samuel Eto'o has his second and third goals of the competition, putting the defending champions up 2-0.
In the 21st minute, Eto'o found himself alone on goalkeeper Tim Wiese, beating him for a 1-0 lead. Six minutes later, the Cameroonian forward was on the end of a long pass from central defender Lucio. Eto'o brought the ball down and finished for Inter's 2-0 lead.
Both clubs came into the match on one point, part of a four-way tie atop Group A.
