24. Rich Balchan (New England Revolution)
Kevin McCauley (SB Nation): Let's face it, Shalrie Joseph isn't going to be able to play forever. While Balchan might not be as complete of a player as Joseph, he's certainly a very good tackler. New England and Balchan would benefit a lot from the player learning behind Joseph for a year or two. Between his current skill set and the tutoring of Joseph, Balchan can become a quality starting defensive midfielder in MLS.
