New York Red Bulls Vs. Los Angeles Galaxy, 2011 MLS Cup Playoffs: Red Bulls Miss Multiple Big Chances

Perhaps Hans Backe gave an excellent motivational speech at halftime? The New York Red Bulls have come out like absolute gangbusters in the opening minutes of the half and have already created a number of fantastic scoring chances. Josh Saunders has made great saves on Luke Rodgers and Joel Lindpere in the first three minutes of the half, while Thierry Henry just missed a bicycle kick attempt.

The Los Angeles Galaxy have to wake up, as their defense is in shambles and they're lucky that they're not already tied up at 1-1. Lindpere, Henry and Rodgers look determined to get a goal and LA look totally shell shocked at the pace and effort they've shown to begin the second half.
