Viktoria Plzen star Vaclav Pilar has been in spectacular form for his club, but he hasn't yet established himself in his national team. Or at least, that was until this match. Pilar has the Czech Republic ahead of Montenegro by a score of 1-0 in the 63rd minute of their Euro 2012 qualifying playoff, thanks to a stunning goal. The home side has had much more of the ball and has been the better team thus far, but it took some serious brilliance for them to finally break through.
Arsenal man Tomas Rosicky provided the assist, which isn't the least bit surprising. He's been the only real creative force in this game and has been part of every half chance that his team have had from open play. He played a pass to Pilar who was camped outside the box and the attack-minded midfielder unloaded with his right foot, placing a great goal into the back of the net at the far post from 25 yards out.
