Alright, who's ready for Manchester United reserves vs. Crystal Palace in a glorified friendly the 2011 Carling Cup quarterfinals? Everyone, presumably - this doesn't take a lot of getting up for if you're not a Palace fan. United aren't playing a strong side, but a few of their reservists could start in the Premier League, which is more than what could be said about most of Palace's roster. Add in the fact that they're at Old Trafford and you've have to put United as favourites to advance to the semifinals and join Liverpool, Cardiff and Manchester City in the final four.

Manchester United (4-3-3): Ben Amos; Rafael da Silva, Johnny Evans, Chris Smalling, Fabio da Silva; Antonio Valencia, Darren Gibson, Park Ji-Sung; Mame Biram Diouf, Dimitar Berbatov, Federico Macheda.

Crystal Palace (4-4-2): Lewis Price; Nathanial Clyne, David Wright, Paddy McCarthy, Anthony Gardner; Dean Moxey, Stuart O'Keefe,  Kagisho Dikgacoi, Sean Scannell; Wilfried Zaha, Jermaine Easter.
