Sporting Kansas City Vs. Houston Dynamo Live, MLS Cup Playoffs 2011: Davy Arnaud Subbed On

Hey, look! It's Davy Arnaud! He's actually coming on. That means that Peter Vermes is actually alive on the Sporting bench, which has been a major doubt for the first 75 minutes of this Eastern Conference final. After all, Sporting Kansas City has been getting beaten around tactically as they play without a plan, but Vermes hasn't bothered with a change. So maybe they won't have a tactical change or plan now, but at least they have made a substitution so we know that Vermes is alive down there.

It's tough to defend Vermes for anything in this match. As far as getting pencil whipped goes, Vermes has to be the poster boy after today. It's just been abysmal as Sporting has looked clueless and Dominic Kinnear has his Houston Dynamo team looking confident and assured in everything they are doing.
