Arsenal celebrated their 125th anniversary today with a 1-0 defeat of Everton at the Emirates Stadium. So it's fitting with the newly statued Thierry Henry in attendance that Robin van Persie unleashed a highlight reel goal to give Arsenal the victory. While you enjoy the video after the jump, I'll ask if anyone wants to theorize where Arsenal would be right now without RVP?
