Well it might not go down as one of the prettiest goals of all time, but it still counts and more importantly, it puts Barcelona up 2-1 in the 53rd minute. Not sure if Xavi, aka. Chameleon Eyes, will get the credit or if it will be an own goal against Marcelo, but despite a desperation dive from Iker Casillas, the ball hit off the post and bounced in to the Madrid net.
Just like when Alexis Sanchez scored in the first half, the goal was against the run of play and another frustratingly disappointing moment from Mourinho's men. Doesn't help either that Ronaldo wasted two dangerous free kick opportunities just minutes before.
