Tottenham Hotspur Vs. Chelsea, 2011 Premier League: Danny Sturridge Equalizes For Chelsea

Daniel Sturridge has equalized for Chelsea, off a beautiful cross from Ashley Cole. He may have missed dramatically earlier in the match, but this time he made it count, as his goal tally continues to increase, up to nine in the league now.

This match between Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea is absolutely flying. Despite the speed of the home side, Chelsea are doing little to slow down the pace of the game, perhaps looking to spring behind the Spurs defense once again, catching out Kyle Walker on the right.

Both sides have already picked up a booking: Branislav Ivanovic, perhaps sensing that he's having an utter blinder at the back for the Blues, took out Gareth Bale at the edge of the area, receiving a yellow for his troubles. Emmanuel Adebayor, the scorer for Spurs, executed a clumsy challenge on Meireles, leaving him flat on his back and putting the forward into the book as well.
