Manchester United are a bit thin on central defenders and central midfielders at the moment. Between the two positions, they are playing one true central midfielder and one true central defender. Phil Jones and Michael Carrick will likely partner in defense, while the midfield is a grab bag of players who generally don't play centrally. Park Ji-Sung will almost certainly play in the middle. After that, your guess is as good as ours. Blackburn are playing a typical side but are resting 'Junior' David Hoilett. Here are the lineups.
