The Stanford Cardinal and Oregon Ducks go to the BCS, two of seven Pac-12 teams who received bowl bids.

The Pac-12 expanded to 12 teams from their previous 10 over the college football offseason, but were only able to send seven teams to bowl games, a relatively small haul compared to the other 12-team BCS automatic qualifying conferences. The Pac-12 was still able to send two teams to the BCS, however, as both Stanford and Oregon will represent the conference in major bowl games.

Arizona State gets the conference off to an early start in the bowl season, playing on Dec. 22 in the Las Vegas Bowl. Stanford plays the conference's final bowl game in the Fiesta Bowl. The two BCS bowls are the Pac-12's only two January bowl games.
