Here's Mario Balotelli! Twenty minutes remaining and the Italian striker replaces holding midfield Patrick Vieira for Manchester City, a very bold move by Roberto Mancini. Then again, the home side are in desperate need of a goal - they really don't want a replay with a crunch fixture against Chelsea coming up next weekend, not to mention their Europa League battle against Dynamo Kiev on the card - the replay wouldn't be held until April 2nd.
Balotelli's introduction should mean a much more open game, which is good and bad news for Reading. On the plus side, they only have to navigate one of Nigel de Jong and Viera to get near Joe Hart's goal, but on the other hand their centre backs can no longer double-team Carlos Tevez, which has been about the only thing that's kept the Argentinian off the scoresheet. Fifteen minutes to go for City to find a goal...
