Real Madrid Vs. Barcelona 2011, Copa Del Rey Final: Ibrahim Afellay Comes On For David Villa As Second Extra Time Period Starts

We're underway in the final 15 minutes of the Copa Del Rey final, where Real Madrid lead 1-0 through a 102nd minute goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, and Pep Guardiola has made a change. The tired and somewhat ineffective David Villa has come out for young winger Ibrahim Afellay, and one can only guess it was a change that was made for fresh legs. David Villa is one of the best pure goal scorers in the history of world football, and it seems like he's the kind of player you would want on the pitch when you desperately need a goal in a cup final.

Barcelona have put Real Madrid on the back foot in the opening couple minutes of the final period of extra time, and it would not be surprising to see it stay that way. Jose Mourinho's teams, historically, are not afraid to bunker in to preserve a one goal lead.
