The lineups are in for the first of six MLS Saturday matches today and the most notable absence comes on Seattle's end with Fredy Montero missing out yet again. The Colombian remains out with a wrist injury and head coach Sigi Schmid has has made a tweak to his lineup in response. Instead of his tried and true 4-4-2, Schmid will send Seattle out in a 4-3-3 with Erik Friberg and Steve Zakuani pushing up high as wide forwards.
The Fire are playing in a 4-4-2 as they have made a habit of doing so there is nothing surprising there. Chicago couldn't manage a point in either match against the Sounders a year ago, but neither of the goal scorers from those matches, Montero and Blaise Nkufo, are playing for Seattle so this one could be different.
