Two teams that had tough midweek games ended up putting out a fairly reserve lineup tonight at Gillette Stadium. Jason Kreis kept most of his main starters like Alvaro Saborio, Kyle Beckerman, Javier Morales, and Nick Rimando on the bench for this one, resting after their big win in the CONCACAF Champions League semifinal.
Steve Nicol's Revs 4-3-3 still has Sharlie Joseph, Marko Perovic and Pat Phelan. The Revs will have to find a way to make the most of their chances in this one as in their last game against Vancouver, they failed to get anywhere with a two-man advantage.
