Are you an Inter Milan fan worried that Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder will run off to the Premier League this summer? Well, worry no more. Or at least, worry less. Sneijder has been quotes as questioning just why he'd want to leave a club he's been so successful at, saying he loves the city and is very happy to be playing for Inter. Hit it, Wesley:
There is a family atmosphere at Inter and there are all the ingredients to aim high. Milan is marvellous, picturesque and full of elegance. I love it. At the moment I am very happy here and I don't see why I should leave.
Sneijder, of course, had been linked heavily to both Manchester United and Chelsea as the two English giants attempt to restock their respective midfields, with Chelsea reportedly being willing to pay in the area of €35M for the World Cup finalist. This should kill off the rumours for now.
