Libya Still Set To Hold 2013 Africa Cup Of Nations

Libya may be in the midst of turning into a live action Road Warrior role-playing game, but it is still set to host the African Cup of Nations in 2013 provided it accomplishes a few small tasks like sprucing up its stadiums, getting its logistics straight, and stopping the violent civil war threatening to turn the country into a wreckage-strewn 200 mile long sandtrap between Algeria and Egypt. Other than that, NATO air bombardment, and two governments simultaneously claiming to be the legitimate authority in the country, it's looking great for 2013, guys!  (HT: Fark.)
