Club America takes on FC Barcelona in the final match of the World Football Challenge

Yes, the World Football Challenge is still going on. The lengthy series of international club friendlies in North America finally ends on Saturday afternoon, as FC Barcelona take on Mexican Primera giants Club America. Chivas Guadalajara skipped Mexico's mid-week fixtures to play a friendly against Barca on Wednesday, and America is doing the same with the weekend fixtures.

The match takes place at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which means that both teams, SUM, and Jerry Jones are making a bunch of money. The stadium is expected to be packed with nearly 100,000 spectators and the atmosphere should be fantastic, even if it is just a friendly match.

Thiago has been the story of preseason for Barca, as he's scored a couple of absolute cracking goals while putting on a couple of passing clinics in the midfield as well. His performances in preseason and in the UEFA Under-21 Championships have earned him his first Spain call-up, as Cesc Fabregas sits out La Furia Roja's next match.

Kickoff of the game is at 4:00 pm ET, 3:00 pm local time and the game can be seen on ESPN2 and ESPN3.com in the USA.
